One for You, One for a Friend: TpT Gift Certificate Giveaway! {closed}

Encourage each other daily, while it is still today! quoteI love to give gifts and encourage others.  Often times I think I’m more excited than the gift receiver for them to open a gift I’ve given them.  It just does something for my soul to see others encouraged and loved.

As educators it’s easy to become discouraged or overwhelmed with the day-to-day tasks, and sometimes all we need is a friendly gesture or word that says “You can do this!”

Sooooooo… this month I’m giving away 2 TpT Gift Certificates to any TpT Store!  WAHOOOO!   There is one certificate for you to enjoy and one certificate for a friend or co-worker that needs a “pick-me-up”.

    After a rough day with my kinders, lots of arguing and parents emailing a former student showed up after school. She was with her mom and she brought me my favorite drink a Diet Coke. She said she was hoping I was still at school. She gave me the drink and a picture of us in class and told me how much she loved me. Moments like that are worth so much.

    I have two quotes I adore. First up “get up, dress up, show up and never give up!” And secondly “if you want to stay on top of the water you’ve got to hold onto the rope.” That one got me through many dark days!!

    When I’ve had a bad day I try not to dwell on it and remember that “the sun will come out tomorrow!”
    A nice bath with bubbles will help too!

    When I’m having a bad day I remind myself how lucky I am that I have a job that I LOVE. Yes there are tough times but I love my school and kiddos and I am so blessed that I am a teacher. ❤️

    My quote is: “To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.” It puts so much into perspective for me not only at school, but in life!

    When I get caught up in the stresses of a bad day, I remember the quote, “Today is the tomorrow that we worried about yesterday”. It reminds me that tomorrow is a new day!

    I like the quote, “Teaching creates all other professions!” It helps me remember that no matter what happens in a day or in a particular year, the kids I teach become someone of importance in our community. =)
